Ordering

We are an internet business so orders may be place on internet or orders may be mailed. For orders placed via internet we accept debit/credit card payments. For orders that are being mailed we accept US postal money order or personal check payments only. No business checks accepted. We do not accept telephone orders or credit card information over the telephone or by mail. You are responsible for the information provided to us in your order.

Payment

Your order must be paid by debit/credit card, US Postal Money Order or personal check. By entering your debit/credit card information and submitting your order, you confirm that you have authorized us to use the debit/credit card. Furthermore, by submitting your order you authorized us to charge the entire order amount, including shipping and handling charges, to your debit/credit card. Payment will be made in full at the time you place your order. All personal checks and US Postal Money orders will have to clear the bank prior to orders being shipped. This could take up to ten (10) days for personal checks to clear thereby delaying the shipping time.
NOTE: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. You authorize us to collect a fee of $35 (plus a bank fee if allowed by your state law) through electronic fund transfer from your account if your payment is returned unpaid. Once a check is returned unpaid, no further orders will be processed until the service fee has been received and payment by check will no longer be accepted.

Cancellations

“Please ensure that you do want to place the order before you submit it with your credit card information.” Once orders are placed, they are final and will be shipped. Order cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse to accept delivery, a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged to your credit card for the amount that is due us. For orders that are being paid by personal check or by US Postal Money order you will have three (3) business days in which to send payment or the order will be cancelled for nonpayment.

Returns

Just Elayne Naturals want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products we ask that you are sure that you want the item(s) when placing the order. You may return any product purchased from us within 5 days of purchase for an equal exchange only. Returns may be made on unused and unopened products/supplies for store credit only.

The product must be unopened in its original condition and packaging to receive a store credit. Shipping charges and return shipping charges cannot be refunded. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. *All sales are final on custom or discontinued items, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us at sales@justelaynenaturals.com for a return product authorization. Products will not be accepted without a return product authorization. After receiving the return product authorization, mail the product and a copy of the invoice to:
